Simplicity and… Under Armour??

Day 2: Sleep requiredIf it weren’t for my great hair I would never post this picture. Why? Because I’m in my Under Armour (NOT to be confused with underwear)! It was a cold windy day today and I was outside all afternoon freezing my tail off watching my kids play sports. (Insert Good Mom applause here).

So how can I have such beautiful hair after a day out in the freezing cold wind? Because today is Day 2! That means that yesterday I washed my hair. And because of this, here is what today’s hair care required.

Sleep and a brush.

Yep, that’s all I did. I slept on it. Then I brushed it.

Total time from shower to shoes: 15 minutes (note, 13 of these minutes were showering)

My hair is like Christmas Morning!

Day 1: I got my hair done. Woo!Day 1 (my new hair cut).  Oh how I love Day 1!  Don’t get me wrong I like the other days too.  But Day 1 is special.  I savor Day 1.  Day 1 is my best friend.  It’s like Christmas or Hanukkah, or Kwanza, or whatever your special day is.  I love her.

Today’s Day 1 is different from other Day 1s because today I got my hair done!  Oh I love my Hair Gal.  She’s awesome!  Funny, entertaining, easy to talk to, and she knows hair. Her name is Lisa Williams and she has a gift for looking at you, listening, and then giving you a look that is modern, easy, and looks great.   I can’t recommend her enough.  She saved my hair.  She makes me feel like Jennifer Aniston.  I just know she’s going to comment on this post.  Because who wouldn’t?  Right?  Right.

But my hair, oh my hair!  It’s clean, it’s straight, and it’s blonde.  Woooo!  I don’t have to do a thing to it.
